KRM Landscapes is an award-winning landscape design-build company. Opening its doors in 2017 with a single project in Pacific Palisade, KRM teams have designed and built landscape projects all over Los Angeles, from Anaheim and San Gabriel to West Hollywood and Malibu and nearly everywhere in-between.
In 2025, KRM Landscapes principal, Kevin Maynard, MLA, was awarded Silver in the International Residential #3 category by the APLD. KRM has recently been featured in California Homes Magazine.
Kevin has a masters degree in landscape architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and is a member of ASLA, ASLD and a C-27 licensed landscape contractor. He was a landscape designer at Architerra Design Group before starting KRM. And before that Kevin was an Emmy nominated television writer, having developed comedy shows for the WB Network, as well as working on the writing staffs for Showtime’s Dexter and Lifetime’s Army Wives.
